How it works

A simple 4-step process.

  1. 01

    Inspection

Wheels off, pads and discs measured, caliper sliders and hoses checked, fluid moisture tested.

  2. 02

    Honest report

We show you the wear and quote only for what you actually need — front, rear or both axles.

  3. 03

    Replace

OE-grade pads and discs fitted, caliper sliders cleaned and greased, hardware refreshed where appropriate.

  4. 04

    Bed in & test

Short controlled road test to bed the pads to the new discs and confirm pedal feel.

When should you book?

If you notice any of the following, give us a call — we'll diagnose for free.

  • Squealing or grinding noise when braking
  • Pedal feels soft, low or spongy
  • Steering pulls to one side under braking
  • ABS, brake or handbrake warning light on
  • Vibration through the pedal at speed
What we fix

Common brakes issues we handle.

Worn pads and scored discs

Replaced as a pair per axle so braking is balanced and the new pads bed in correctly.

Sticking calipers

Sliders cleaned and re-greased, seized pistons replaced or full caliper supplied where needed.

Brake fluid degradation

Old fluid absorbs moisture and reduces braking under heat — we recommend a change every 2 years.

FAQs

Brakes questions, answered.

Can't see your question? Call 0208 159 2222 or message us on WhatsApp.

How do I know if my brakes need changing?
Squealing, grinding, longer stopping distances or a soft pedal are common signs. We carry out a free inspection any time.
Do you replace pads and discs together?
We replace discs in pairs (per axle) and fit new pads with new discs so bedding-in is clean and braking is even.
How long does a brake job take?
Pads alone are usually 45 minutes per axle; pads and discs together take 1–2 hours per axle.
Is my warranty affected by using your garage?
No — using a quality independent garage with OE-grade parts does not affect your manufacturer's warranty under Block Exemption rules.
Should I change my brake fluid?
Yes, every 2 years. Brake fluid absorbs moisture which lowers its boiling point and reduces stopping power under heavy use.
