These terms apply when you book or buy services from Capital Tyre Services Ltd. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Quotes & bookings
Quotes are valid for 7 days and based on the information you provide. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed a date and time with you in writing, by phone or via WhatsApp.
2. All-inclusive pricing
Tyre prices we quote include fitting, balancing, new valves, VAT and old tyre disposal. Additional work (e.g. wheel alignment, locking-wheel-nut removal) will be quoted separately before we proceed.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfer and cash. For mobile call-outs, payment is taken on site.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. Late cancellation of a mobile call-out may incur a small call-out fee to cover travel.
5. Warranty
- New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects.
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months under normal use.
- Puncture repairs are carried out to BSAU-159 standards and warranted for the life of the tread.
6. Vehicle condition
You're responsible for telling us about any known faults (e.g. seized wheel nuts, prior damage). We'll always make you aware of any additional work needed before carrying it out.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant service.
8. Complaints

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
